Priory is a Beer Dinner and Collaborative Brewing Collective devoted to the wild, the patient, and the communal.
We create spaces where fermentation, food, and friendship meet—where the process itself becomes a form of devotion.

Working with brewers, chefs, and makers across Texas and beyond, we craft limited-release beers and immersive dining experiences that celebrate time, transformation, and the beauty of the unseen. Every glass, every course, every table tells a story—of grain and yeast, of oak and fire, of people gathering to taste what patience makes possible.
